April 28, 2025I have been a resident at Hammerly oaks Apartments for about 30 years. I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors. The grounds are kept up nicely. The buildings look updated. April 14, 2025Hammerly Oaks isn’t all bad. There are parts that are good but respectfully the bad out weigh the good. If you are looking for a quick way and cheap living stay here but don’t expect world class top tier living. The amenities do not work or you will not have access to them and the neighbors are sketchy. I highly suggest if you dare move here to get ring cameras for the interior and exterior of your apartment.Property Manager Responded

March 24, 2025Here is súper confortable apartaments, the best place to live in the spring branch area, so secure, quiet and clean, front desk answered all my questions about the property, and parking lot, they have a 24/hour emergency line, if something happens like to your restroom or something even if the main office is closed they fix the problem immediately as they can, i leave my voice message 30 min after they fix my restroom, thank you!Property Manager Responded
