The units are very clean and spacious, overall quiet community. Packages make it to front door no problem! Really convenient parking spaces, ( mines right by my front door. ) Everyone in the leasing office is really nice & helpful.

The team at calypso apartments are amazing. They are courteous and attentive to resident needs. Tim the community manager is great! Always patient answering the many questions I have. The apartments are clean and orderly. Definitely a lot of good value received from moving in recently.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Irvine company may be a nightmare to deal with but at least they have their buildings up to a certain standard, the Irvine standard if you may, don’t expect that here at calypso. It’s sad to see it go from luxury apartments and lofts back in 2009-2014 to what it is now, not looking great. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

Calypso is good but people who live here leave a lot of trash around and party late into the night past quiet hours in the pool/jacuzzi
