May 11, 2023Been living here for 5 months. It has been amazing, it’s super quiet. The people are friendly. The pool is amazing. When you do have an issue they are making sure it gets fixed quick! I don’t understand the people complaining I can never move away. The staff are super friendly and they actually care. The best part is the property is gated and if you get a garage you have a key fob for the gate and garageReview from Apartments.com
Renter Beware
November 29, 2018I do not recommend these units for the main reason of unlawful entry into your unit without contacting you or the lack of responsiness from the on-site security company. After being a resident for 10 years and changing to a month to month lease for the purposea of unknown moving Calypso Bay will still require a 30 day notification prior to leaving. Be careful of all the extra charges when moving out such as electrical administrative fee.Review from Apartments.com
