Poor communication

The property manager is never present and does not respond to emails. We reached out to her on multiple occasions about problems with the apartment and she either took weeks to respond or did not respond at all. Then upon moving out she did not return our security deposit, after countless emails were sent. Living here come with frustration and a lack of communication I would not do it again.

Way too expensive

I'm legally blind and can't drive this place is in walking distance of a grocery store, bank, and gym. It would be perfect for someone with a disability but they are charging more than what some pay for a house. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I stayed here a year & the entire process was smooth, from the approval to the leave. If I wasn’t moving closer to family I would have stayed. The property is clean & very well kept. They are always doing upgrades. Neighbors are friendly. The renovated apartments are beautiful! I would recommend!! Patti & the maintenance guy are awesome people!!

The property manager (Patti) and the property maintenance manager (Joe) are outstanding (AWSOME) people to have working for your company. When an issue arises with anything they do not hesitate to take action to correct or address the issues.
They make you feel as if you are part of there family and treat you as such. They really care about the tenants in the complex.

I lived at Cambridge court apartments for 2 years and had no complaints. Management and maintenance were both friendly and quick to respond. Loved the location living near highways, and rent was very affordable for what you are getting in the area. Patti and Joe are awesome - I would recommend Cambridge court to anyone looking to rent in the area.

I enjoyed my time at Cambridge court. The leasing team and maintenance team are some of the best that I’ve had in my rental experience. Special shoutout to Patti and Joe for taking time to answer any questions or get things fixed and taken care of as soon as I submitted the order. The apartments are spacious and you can’t beat central air, washer/dryer in unit and a garage! Kitchen and bathroom was a little outdated but all in all great experience.

I appreciate that you can have up to 3 dogs and the open space in the apartment is nice. The neighborhood is pretty good, and the apartments themselves are in fair repair. People can smoke in their apartments and pets often pee in the apartments, which make the hallways smell horrible if your neighbors don't clean up since the smells leak out.
The lawns flood every time it rains, making it muddy from August to June so invest in a quality pair of rain boots for you and your dogs. Maintenance ...
doesn't clean up the bins for dog poop unless someone asks.
Having a washing machine in the unit is nice, and I like the large window in the living room. The kitchen isn't super up to date if you're looking for something modern. The Formica counters are pretty ugly. The carpeting is actually really nice and didn't smell at all when we moved in. The large closet in the master bed is great and has enough room for two people.
Overall, this isn't the best apartment I've ever been at, but it's not the worst either.
