Unprofessional management
December 3, 2025DO NOT LIVE HERE. The day I moved in I was told the unit was in great shape. Nobody walked in the unit with me, or even to it. When I walked in the building the first thing I noticed was the odor of cigarettes within the hallway and burn marks on the stairs from where people have put out cigarettes. Then as I walked inside my unit, I immediately spotted many issues with the unit. Blinds from the sliding glass door had fallen on the ground, a hole in the ceiling with a screw coming out,carpet not ...fully attached,the sliding glass door not fully closing causing a draft, a drawer in the bathroom that was not installed properly making it unable to use, lightbulbs that needed to be replaced,and many chips, dings, and scuffs along the walls and cabinets. Later that night I discovered the my shower wouldn’t drain properly, and I was standing in a pool of water within minutes. It would take hours to fully drain. This made the bottom of the tub very slick and I almost fell a few times, becoming a safety issue.The kitchen faucet would leak into the counter so when I would try and wash dishes, the counter would flood with water and drip onto the floor. I submitted a maintenance request and did not hear from anyone for 2 1/2 weeks, then I was sent a message saying that maintenance came over but did not have a key and I would need to drop one off. I was sent a text from the complex asking me to submit an internal survey where I mentioned my maintenance request, after that review finally someone came to look at unit (not sure where they found a key) they stated they repaired all the issues, in reality they replaced two lightbulbs, additionally I was not notified that maintenance would enter my unit without my consent. After speaking with management regarding my disapproval with the unit and maintenance. I was then told to submit another maintenance request (done three weeks ago) still nobody has come by to look at the issues, or give me any updates on when they can. I was forced to fix the issues with the shower myself due to water not draining at all anymore. If you are thinking why not speak with management regarding this I have attempted to many times. If you go to the office you will be told maintenance is “busy” or Silvia will “talk with their manager” I was able to get this managers email and have sent at least 5 emails, no response. This apartment complex is ran by unprofessionals,they do not care about the quality of their units or the concerns of their tenants.Property Manager Responded

Poor maintenance and management
June 24, 2024Just moved to new apartment supposedly re-furbished. the sinks in bathroom don't work properly put in the request last week and they still can't come and fix them. A/C unit when I moved in did not work they came and just put a band aid so it worked for 2 weeks now it's broke with the same problem will spend 5 days without A/C and they don't care if we are hot too bad I cannot terminate my lease, Management does not careProperty Manager Responded

Love my place
September 27, 2021We love all the changes they made! The fitness center and package locker were a great idea. The hallways and entry into the buildings look great. The lighting is much better. Previous management didn't except dogs but new owners do. We will be renewing in March 2022 for sure!Property Manager Responded

Everything about this place is failing
March 28, 2021Management is rude and would rather see you living in a moldy apartment than help you out. Always under construction so you're paying for things you can't use. Takes 3-6 months to get anything fixed in your apartment cause the manager doesn't fill out paperwork like they're supposed to so you have to complain about 10x over and over. Best Apartment
May 3, 2017I have live in this apartment for 2 years and I have no complaints. The apartment is very nice, quite. Hallway looks like a hotel so it feels luxurious to be leaving there. Repair services is also good and the apartment is responsive for maintenance. Only thing is the apartment could update their appliances and counter tops. Great apartment.Review from Apartments.com
