I moved into this apartment complex 10 days ago after living in anothet local apartment complex for 15 years. I cannot tell you how much better this apartment is for me. Unlike other people who have reviewed these apartments, I find the staff and management to be not just efficient, but also friendly and helpful. I found a problem with a leaky water faucet while unpacking and reorted it to the manager. The maintence man appeared at my door the same afternoon and fixed the problem the ...
following day after purchasing a new faucet. They did not blame me or postpone assistance due to their other scheduled activites or the level of time needed to repair this issue. At my former apartments, you would be lucky to find someone at all to report the problem to. Additionally, there are not punitive fees added to your rent monthly for things that are traditionally paid by the owner of the complex. In other words, there is an atmosphere of trust here rather than fear that reporting any maintenance problems will cost you fees and blame. I was also happy to find new appliances in my apartment rather than the cheaper appliances of the last century. I am very glad I moved here.

Very peaceful location, neighbors are friendly, decent,hard working maried with kids,single.Apartment are good sized and in decent shape.Pool is just about perfect. It's nice place to call home.

This apartment is over-priced and dismal. The plumbing leaks. The toilet runs constantly. The walls are thin. The outside is nicely landscaped, but the pool is frequently closed with issues. Several vehicles have been broken into in the parking structure, including my roommates. I really need to find a better place to live.
