February 23, 2025They have charged over 200 dollars the last couple months in common area gas even though lease says they will pay for gas. Super shady, terrible building, repugnant management, can’t wait to leave. Don’t spend north of 1300 dollars on a studio with zero benefits besides locationsProperty Manager Responded

Horrible place to live
June 24, 2024The management doesn't care about fixing issues with the building. Even though is a smoke-free building, you will always smell marijuana and tobacco. There are issues with the laundry room. They have a card reader machine for the washer and dryer, but it has been 2-3 months since it doesn’t work. You will have to go out to do your laundry (unless you have coins) They offer some parking in their ads, but they don't have any. The only parking available is in front of the building and you will ...have to pay $200. Good luck if you want to find street parking because it is impossible to find street parking after 5 pm. The management doesn't care about any issue you have, they will only care about your money. I wouldn't recommend this place to live.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
May 16, 2024No parking!! Only street and it is always busy , you’ll never find a spot and you’ll have to rent in front parking for $200 per month. Terrible tobacco and marihuana odor. There are thiefs in the building they steal door dash food and amazon packages!! Plus management is terrible, they are rude and never answer. Laundry machines don’t work. May 10, 2024Do NOT rent here. It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone who works here- they never answer the phone or emails. Washer/drying machines are constantly broken. Intercom system is constantly broken. Dogs are ALWAYS barking- they will keep you up late and wake you up early. You will not get your moneys worth at Cambridge Manor Apartments.Property Manager Responded

Noisier than expected
February 20, 2023I just moved in not to long ago and the place is fine. I like my apartment but I was shown a different unit I liked better and wasn’t told the unit I was renting would be slightly different which was a little disappointing. For the most part it is quiet but please if you value quiet think twice before moving in. The floors are creaky so I can hear my upstairs neighbor moving around all the time & it’s a bit frustrating but obviously there isn’t much I can do about them living. & Also although I ...do love dogs, there is almost always a dog barking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
