    I've lived at Cambridge Park Apartments for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive to any needs or questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-managed community to call home!

  • Best Apartment Community

    The office staff are really nice and helpful, maintenance is quick and effective, the grounds and amenities are well kept and offer everything we need, and the units are in great condition and have the space and features we want. We also always feel safe with gated access and a courtesy officer on site. The location is also great, walking distance to many stores and a short drive to others. You won't regret moving here!

  • Roaches & Poor Treatment

    I rented an apartment here short term and do not recommend this complex. Perhaps my building was old, but unbeknownst to me it had roaches. The roaches turned up dead after a monthly pest control visit and were there when I moved out. I let management know about the situation. Over the phone they said that they take matters like this very seriously, but ultimately, I was notified by management in writing that I did not have a roach problem. This is quite frankly ridiculous and is gaslighting at ...
    its finest. Had I known about the roaches up front, I would have never signed the lease. There are nicer apartments in the area, for a cheaper price, and management does not treat you like you’re a liar when you’ve done them a favor by notifying them of a roach problem in one of their units. Again, I do not recommend this place. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

After being made aware of your concerns, we made several attempts to address your pest control complaints. However, we were never granted permission to enter your apartment to spray for the roaches.   • Feels Like Home

    After having been a homeowner for 40 years finding an apartment due to quickly selling our home could have been overwhelming . We came across Crowne Club quite by accident and after meting the office staff and touring the model and vacant apartments , we knew we were home. 1200 sq feet 2-2 split floor plan optional garage (additional cost) pool excercise gym centrally located good value very attentive office and maintenance staff
