Terrible- don't waste your money. Shady shady company
July 2, 2025When I first moved into this apartment, they had pushed back my lease by 2 weeks because the previous tenant had died and they lied to me saying the apartment wasn't ready. It was only when I spoke to someone else that they told me the truth. Throughout the year, they wouldn't take care of the property. My floor had tears in it, the tub was stained. They wouldn't clean up the halls if people got messy. The only good thing I will say was that maintenance would usually get requests done quickly. ...The closing process sucked because they didn't care about my time. They're trying to charge me extra utilities, and they're giving me a rough time because they don't have their ducks in a row. Seriously, there are better places. Don't settle for this one.Property Manager Responded
