Our quiet community provides our residents with a great place to live in a convenient, east-side location. We are minutes to Interstates 90/94 and Hwy. 151 and only fifteen minutes from downtown Madison. We have 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments several different floor plans to meet your needs. Many of our townhome style apartment homes have a private attached garage as well as your own private front door. We have a caring management team that takes pride in making our community the best place to live in Madison. Our goal is to provide each resident with a place they are happy to call home. Enjoy the neighborhood park, complete with a playground, bike path, and 3/4 basketball court. Take a swim in our outdoor swimming pool open from May through September.
