Nice apartment. Overpriced but that's the status quo for Orlando as they have the second highest rent costs increase in the country currently after Sacramento. Beautiful landscaping. Nice neighbors and little police activity, although I did see a couple of vehicles missing their tires and wheels on wood pallets several months ago with several residents speaking with the police, however silence from company personnel and I am unsure what happened, however parking lot lighting became noticeably ...
brighter shortly thereafter. Moderate plumbing issues that have required clog remover on a couple of occasions but good water pressure. Poorly-designed air conditioning flow with only one register in the bedroom and this room will be much warmer than the rest of the apartment. PAPER-THIN, I mean PAPER-THIN walls and ceilings. I can hear my upstairs thundering herd of rhinos talking. FOR REAL. Very responsive and competent maintenance crew. Disinterested upper level office personnel. My car was painted on when they changed the color of the buildings from brown to grey, and the office manager provided me the phone number to the foreman of the painting crew and did nothing else. No other assistance was provided and she did not contact me to follow up. They also chainsawed a palm tree next to my car and left wood chips and sawdust all over my vehicle. Landscaping crew (here early and often) will blow grass and foliage all over your car, as well, and walk away. Valet trash personnel will arrive at all hours of the night making quite a spectacle of themselves with little regard for the residents. I will not be renewing my lease, but if you're a prospective new tenant and are fairly tolerant you could do a whole lot worse and should be quite content if you move here. I just moved in a week ago and I honestly don't have nothing bad to say about the place. It is beautiful inside and out, The people that work in the main office and the engineers are all helpful and great. I simply love it!!!! Very clean neighborhood and I never hear any noise.

We moved here a little over a month ago and it was a great choice. The area is very quiet and the grounds are kept very nice. The office staff are very friendly and helpful along with the maintenance. Apartment is very spacious and quiet. I cannot hear anyone. Feels like we live alone in the building. I would definitely recommend moving here. Great choice for us!

I work at the airport so I was looking for something close. I really like the location and the price. Great restaurants in walking distance. The whole area is nice and peaceful. I don't have to worry to walk the dog at night when I come home from work. The maintenance staff are always helpful and on top of everything when you need them. Just the kitchen could be a little more updated.

This is a very convenient location for the business traveler only a couple miles from the international airport. The area is currently building up to have anything you need within only a couple miles like shopping, dining and movies. It's set back away from the main road for privacy and has amazing fountain views. Nice pools and clubhouse! However, rent increases quite a bit every year. With the growing area this is expected though.

Camden Lee Vista is the perfect location for nearly anyone. It is close to the airport, a short drive to downtown Orlando, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There are two lovely pools, several beautiful ponds, a business center, and well equipped fitness center. This is a stunning location and the ideal place to call home.

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 6 months, the staff is very friendly and helpful. if you ever have a maintenance request they fix the issue right away.
On sit car wash and vaccum, doggie path, plus 2 pools and a nice gym with indoor basketball courts!!

Camden Lee Vista is absolutely beautiful from the lakes, to the lavish business center, to the apartment amenities, and the fitness center so upscale that it will motivate you to work out just so you can post fabulous and stylish photos at the end of your workout! The staff is supportive and the 24 hour maintenance is perfect because they're always there for you. A/C is out at 2 a.m.? No worries . . . they will be there for you! I love my apartment and my management. When we first moved in, we had a flooding accident in the unit above us and had to evacuate. The very next day they had is in a new unit and were so helpful through the entire process. Their doors were and still are open to us for anything we need. Maintenance is so prompt, they come out the next day if not the same day and have taken care of everything swiftly. My neighbors are quiet and the community seems cheerful. On top of that my area is ideal. There ...
