Extremely frustrating and concerning fire alarm issues

Fire alarm issues again this past weekend!
The fire alarm at this apartment complex seems to go off almost every other week, which has become extremely frustrating and concerning for residents. These alarms are not an occasional occurrence—they happen frequently enough that residents have started to question whether the system can actually be relied upon in a real emergency.

explanation afterward. More importantly, frequent false alarms can create a serious safety concern because people may eventually become desensitized to the alarm and not take it seriously when there is an actual emergency.
We chose this community in part because of the security and safety features that were presented to us when we signed our lease. Unfortunately, the recurring fire alarm problems, along with other building-access and maintenance issues we've experienced, have been extremely disappointing. Residents deserve to feel safe in their own building.
Even more concerning is the fact that repeated false alarms are also unnecessarily taking firefighters and emergency personnel away from other calls where their time may actually be needed.
Also if you have dogs this a big concern has the alarm may go off when you are not home and the dogs have to sit through it. Sad.
