April 25, 2024I love my apt here at camelback courtyard! The apt is spacious, in my price range, and I especially love that the maintenance associate is skilled in all areas and he was able to complete my request quickly without having to call in AC repair! I have lived in places that have to call a 3rd party, but he was experienced in AC repair and that is a much needed skill in Arizona!!Property Manager Responded

Neighborhood and Management
January 11, 2024This property is great! The Unit is spacious as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is in good condition, appliances are pretty good too. Besides that, the complex and the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Marie is outstanding! Since we moved in 3 years ago she has been nothing but pleasant and generous. Anytime we have issues, she has it fixed right away. Anything that bothers us within reason is dealt with immediately and that's why I love her management. She takes ...care of business. Marie and Nicholas are great and easy to talk to! I would highly recommend this place.Property Manager Responded

The place
July 22, 2015Ive moved a lot around the urban parts of Arizona. From El Mirage all the way east to Tempe. I've seen different environments but coming home to this small community after a long day of work in the sun is the best feeling one can get. Has its own personal pool where it's always well kept and maintained. Small center area where multiple family's can grill. its a place I can call home.Review from Apartments.com
