Good value for money - nice people
November 1, 2024As the manager said, buildings arent new, but they’ve done a nice job updating interiors on the room I had and others I saw. Nice new fridge and oven, and place was clean. Nice group of neighbors livings in the complex. Felt safe. Management is helpful and cares and we get help if we need. The area is nice and peaceful. Near the airport and Wallace College and only 10 minutes to the shops and restaurants on Ross Clark. Definitely recommend for the money. Good place.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent Place To Rent
August 2, 2024I lived at Camillia Commons for a year and never had any issues. All my neighbors seemed nice/friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, despite it being next to the airport and train tracks. The landlord’s a good guy and attentive to issues.Property Manager Responded

Excellent stay
June 23, 2024We have spent a year with my family in this apartment, and I recommend it 100%, since it is a very quiet place, despite having an airport next door, there is no noise at all, the neighbors are very nice, very respectful and happy, a very quiet area to live and release the stress of work. A friendly landlord who is totally dedicated to ensuring that your stay is the best and without any setbacks. I totally recommend this apartment to live.Property Manager Responded

Great community to live in!
April 5, 2024I have lived at Camelia Commons for 3 years and it is a great place to live and raise a family.Right next to the airport but very quiet nonetheless.Also only a few minutes from downtown Dothan and hwy 231.Tenants are very nice and helpful.Some have dogs and walk them on leashes.An all around great environment !Property Manager Responded

April 1, 2024I’ve lived here for a year, and I have no complaints the neighboring people in the complex are fantastic we hang out together grill and come together during the holidays. Napier Field is a small community and is very quiet and safe. I was nervous moving near Dothan coming from a deep rural area, but I have no issues here. The maintenance team is on time and on target with very skilled individuals assisting maintenance around the facility. This is a great place to be especially if you are an ...aviation enthusiast like I am, you have the perfect view of the airport With the perfect distance so the aircraft do not bother you at night or during the day.
