Bill always goes out of his way to assist with everything above and beyond even the typical work orders. Sheryl is always working hard to ensure all common areas are clean and tidy. Alex, the Manager and Cheryl, who does the housekeeping, do great jobs in caring for the properties. In addition, the maintenance man is efficient and knowledgeable. A recent move from one building to the other was done seamlessly and I'm pleased with my new surroundings.

Great apartment complex

Everything is clean and well maintained. Alex in the office was helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady keeps the common areas, hallways and laundry rooms sparkling clean. They have a wonderful maintenance man who is knowledgeable and does fast reliable repairs. Best decision ever to move here.

I have been a resident here for the past 7 years! I found that Camelot Apartments was one of the nicest/ cleanest! I love the workout room which you have access to 24/7. In the Spring & Summer I enjoy sitting on the back patio. There are grills outside we can cook on too! The office personnel are really nice and always have time to listen. The maintenance man is through and quick with all maintenance related issues. The cleaner keeps Camelot in both buildings looking great!

Good place to live

Walls are very good, gym is clean and open 24/7. Laundry just got upgraded recently and you can usually use it whenever you want. No central air but window unit is pretty good. Landlords are chill people.

Camelot is a nice place to live. Rent is cheap, we dont pay for heat. I never hear my neighbors which was a huge issue at my last place. Not too many frills but I am okay with that, you pay for them. All in all a nice place to live

I love my apartment and the the community, all my neighbors are wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful, all if any problem I have are taken care of quickly and professionally. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Camelot is home!

The first thing that drew me in was the free heat, after that it was the pricing (affordable), lastly it's the amazing staff on hand. I'm a big fan of keeping my home at Hellfire temperatures so free heat is obviously a must. It's amazing; especially since I'm on the top floor: I can have my heat OFF during the day & my apartment is still hitting 80°F!! sufficiently. I quote complaint because my problems are minor, like dog poop on the property. This brings me to my only REAL complaint & it's NOT even the staff's fault! Pets are allowed here, except you have to sign an agreement in the lease that you'll clean up after your animal(s) and keep them legal/healthy. It's not the staff's fault that we have lazy neighbors who choose to let their dogs defecate all around the property & not clean it up. The only reason this is upsetting is because I have children who like to run around outside; I'm not okay with dragging poop into my home. Anyway, they've just recently installed brand new washers & dryers which is fantastic!

Love the place. The neighbors are quiet and nice. We love the new washers and dryers, they are quiet and work great. Staff is always nice and helpful. I'm not sure where the person below seen bugs. I have been here for a few years and talk to alot of people in my building and have never heard of this issue.

Save yourself and your money!! This place has roaches and mgt pretended like they didn't know there was an issue. It is a beautiful building but they come with nasty pests that you will NEVER get rid of!! You've been warned!!

Camelot Apartments has never experienced a problem with roaches in its apartments. The previous resident, who transferred to another one of our units, has never experienced pest problems. We have had two pest control companies visit the apartment, and there was no evidence that any roaches were present, but opined that if there were roaches in the apartment it was likely that they were brought in the suite. The health and building inspectors found that in their years’ experience that there is no visible proof that there has been any long term infestation.

Camelot is nice and affordable. They recently added a fitness center with electronic key access. The equipment is up to date with Internet access on each one as well as personalized training. They also added new sitting areas outside in the picnic area. Maintenance is fast and they have a 24 hr line in case something goes wrong after the on-site maintenance is off duty. room to move around without bumping into things. Camelot is nice but also affordable. A one bedroom is $625 compared to paying $800-900 at some of the surrounding others.

Decent First Apartment

Camelot is a good first apt to have. For the area, it is the best apartment for a reasonable price (rent started at $595 for a 1 bedroom and now 3 yrs later it is $625) We have been here for three years and have only had one problem with management which ended up being the banks fault but I was disappointed that management didn't show any concern or want to help us figure out how to fix the problem. the night before Christmas when there was a plumbing problem. I'm also happy that they recently added a fitness facility which is open 24/7. However, that pretty much sums it up for amenities. Washing and drying cost $1.50 each and there's a laundry room on each floor. There are a lot of elderly residents but they are all very friendly and love the children who stay here. The reason I gave the apartments 3 stars is mainly because they need to add more amenities other than that it's quiet, the neighbors are friendly and it's pretty much close to everything and affordable for what it does offer and I think it was the perfect first apartment for my family.
