September 24, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comCamelot Apartments has always been derelict in keeping the apartments in good condition. It seems that the owners do not want to spend money on correcting the problems that arise. Inferior materials are used, so that the next year those same problems arise again. There is only one maintenance worker. Though he does a good job and knows his job, he is greatly overwhelm. There should be at least two maintenance workers.

September 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWhile living in Camelot Apts. for approximately 10 years we have run into issues of apartments having roaches. They spray and every time someone new moves into an apartment around us more bugs come in through the vents. I am now using the Veterans Administration to get a new home. I prequalified for a $150,000.00 loan to get a new home. As soon as we find a home, we are moving. These apartments are old so there is always something physically going wrong with the apartments, inside and outside.

October 10, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comCamelot was such a surprise! I've lived in Richardson for 8 years now, but never realized this small complex is just off a main street I travel regularly. It's quiet and neat and its' location is close to everything I enjoy regularly. And the price is RIGHT! So happy to have found this complex, not to mention the RISD - one of excellence!
Used to live here - Now I am Back!
August 22, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here 6 years ago. I left due to a job transfer. I moved back to the Richardson area for work 5 months ago, so I came to look at an apt at Camelot. I was surprised that the inside of the apartments was even nicer than before, so I moved in that next week. The manager is very nice, and I love my neighbors. I am so glad I am back!
