While charming on the outside, the interior is a whole other issue… The stairwells are consistently covered in hair and dirt, despite claims that they are supposed to be cleaned monthly. The laundry room is filthy, with multiple washers and dryers that have been out of service for over a year. Underneath my kitchen sink smells and looks terrible, and the oven is in poor condition—it burns everything, the knobs are confusing to use, and it’s oversized for the kitchen space. Additionally, the ...
bathroom walls, particularly in the shower area, are deteriorating. Although someone attempted to patch them, the repair appears insufficient, and the walls seem like they could collapse at any moment.

We’ve really enjoyed living at Cameron Court. It’s nice to be within walking distance of downtown. I’ve never lived anywhere with such an attentive and professional maintenance staff. I've been at Cameron Court for almost 6 years now & I still love the community. I love the character of the apartment & you can't beat the incredible courtyard. The location is also PERFECT; I enjoy my ever growing bubble downtown! The community team replies quickly and has been easy to deal with over the years.

The staff are wonderful. They are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The location is great. The Shelton is an old apartment complex and one cannot expect modern technology. But it has plenty of storage space and good layout.

Cameron court is an endearing property with a lot of character and personality. The area is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the heart of an expanding, bustling city providing a selection of entertainment be it nightlife or day time excursions. The apartment them selves are modest in size but abundant is sunshine and fresh air with the massive paned windows situated in every room. There is a beautiful pavilion located in the heart of the courtyard that provides an open flame fire pit as well ...
a cozy fireplace with tons of comfortable seating. The space is great and I would definitely recommended anyone who thinks the open sounds interesting to come take a look if they are ever in the market.

I've thoroughly enjoyed living at Cameron Court over the past few years. The location is perfect & the character of each apartment and the community are fantastic. The courtyard is definitely a huge selling point for me because no other complex has green space like that.
