I had a tour today; Ebony was very helpful and friendly. The three-bedroom apartment is very spacious; I love the kitchen. The apartment has a cozy feel.

I’m a Veteran I choose Cameron park because property was just beautiful. Not mention Mrs.Pam went over and beyond. Property is highly kept up. Unlike most apartments people hang out . Thugs no loud noise . Quiet time . I enjoy my stay.

I would not recommend, maintenance response time is too slow, it took 2 months to complete 2 maintenance issues that could have been completed in 24 hours, i suffered in 90-110 degree heat during the day and 80-90 degree heat at night for over a month before it was completed (08/21/24). the price for what you are getting is not worth it. Rental prices are going up but the amenities in the community or apartment are not changing.

I’ve been staying at Cameron park for 6 months now and so far i haven’t had any complaints. Every time I have any maintenance issues or questions Ms. Pamela always answers them and gets things fixed in a timely matter. I had a big issue with the maintenance not fixing anything at my last apartment complex so I love the fact that things get fixed fast if they can. Pamela is always so nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend people to move here.

The management staff is very professional, always helpful and has the entire community’s well-being at heart. Ms. Terrell and her staff keeps the residents informed and engaged.
