October 1, 2024I would not recommend, maintenance response time is too slow, it took 2 months to complete 2 maintenance issues that could have been completed in 24 hours, i suffered in 90-110 degree heat during the day and 80-90 degree heat at night for over a month before it was completed (08/21/24). the price for what you are getting is not worth it. Rental prices are going up but the amenities in the community or apartment are not changing.Property Manager Responded

September 11, 2024I’ve been staying at Cameron park for 6 months now and so far i haven’t had any complaints. Every time I have any maintenance issues or questions Ms. Pamela always answers them and gets things fixed in a timely matter. I had a big issue with the maintenance not fixing anything at my last apartment complex so I love the fact that things get fixed fast if they can. Pamela is always so nice and understanding. Great Community To Live In
July 31, 2024I have lived here for about four years now and from the day I moved in my experience has been nothing short but extraordinary! The management staff is very professional, always helpful and has the entire community’s well-being at heart. Ms. Terrell and her staff keeps the residents informed and engaged. The property is always well taken care of from the cleanliness of the grounds, beautification of the landscape and they handle maintenance calls in a prompt and timely fashion.
