March 25, 2016I have lived in the complex for a number of years. Seen many managers and maintenance. The manager now Tarah is working very hard cleaning up the complex. She is on top of all our needs and concerns. We are actually letting our kids play outside. Tarahs husband jared is doing maintenance and actually fixing things. Just trash pick up alone is a full time job. Other residents see how much they care and how hard they work they are starting to be more prideful of there areas. This place is bad
August 14, 2015You definitely do not want to live here the rents are high, they refuse to do any kind of maintenance work unless there is an inspection happening, the manager is never in the office. They ding you if your rent is not in on time but they are never there for you to pay your rent. The complex is always full of trash, the county has cited them several times for the garbage area being full of trash all over the ground. It took me 1 1/2 years just to get smoke detectors put in my apartment, there is ...so many problems in my apartment and they refuse to fix any of them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
