Camino Del Sol Apartments

we've been paying this whole time without notice. They wont reimburse us. They don't honor anything they say. This place is just horrible. I cant wait for my lease to be up!

and contacted the texas housing association to come and investigate the complex. Don't be surprised if someone comes knocking on your door. Can't wait till my dang lease is up. I'd rather go stay in a homeless shelter than keep living here.

like your in the middle of a playground during recess at an elementery school. its very loud here. My fiance got a package delivered to the front office, he went to the office to pick it up and it wasnt there. he went to the post office to see if they had it and they told him they left if with the lady in the office. so either the manager stole it or lost it. also the maintinence man and pest control just walk inside your apartment without knocking. ive had them walk in on me twice now while i was not dressed. Theirs a man here who beats his wife and blasts music really loud every night while hes doing it. i know because the wife told everyone. Theirs cops here all the time now. I have a beautiful dog and some creepy men here keep paying close attention to her and watching me to see what apartment im in, like if their trying to take my dog or something. We got a violation notice for having a barbeque pit on the porch just like everyone else. That was our first "violation" that weve gotten a notice for but on the paper it said that we have had two violations and next we will get evicted. These apartments are cheap buit, a tiny shallow pantry that you cant fit anything into, a flimsy weak little fridge with no room for anything. the ac units are on the roof and keep leaking into our apartment. Theirs just so many issues here. its too loud, theirs creepy people here, theres too much crime, its infested with roaches, the maintinence and pest control just walk up inside your apartment with no warning and when your not home. etc etc. just dont live here. ask anybody here and they will tell you the same. No one ive talked to likes it here, everyone plans on moving out when their lease is up. Alot of people have already moved, like half of the apartments here are empty now. and the other half are people waiting for their lease to be up so they can leave to.

this place and would never recommend it to anyone. Not to mention the nasty creeps that whistle at you while they get drunk in parking lot.
