Stressful Living
June 12, 2021If I could have stayed at Solamonte I def would. Life was peaceful and easy there. Unfortunately, my 2 bdrm lease was up and the 1 bdrm was out of my price range. Things have been stressful from the moment I signed with Barrington. My initial agreement signed with them was not delivered and I was stressed looking for a new place to sign with. Thanks to Araceli I was able to get an available unit by my move-in date. Now I’ve been living at Barrington for 10 DAYS and I have received 2 noise ...complaints. The second one was issuing a warning. I have a one bedroom, upstairs, and live by myself. The complaints have been for “stomping” and “loud banging.” I literally got a coffee table delivered today and had to call the office to basically get permission to build it so I wouldn’t get a noise complaint documented. I was told that the previous resident in this unit terminated their lease early, and now I’m really wondering why. I have read other reviews about noise complaints here. It’s only been 10 days and I signed a one year lease here. I feel like I’m walking on eggshells now. This experience thus far has created high levels of stress and anxiety. Highly considering paying the fees to terminate the lease just for peace of mind elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Guests not welcome
June 9, 2021Worst parking experience I’ve ever had , they towed my car and every other visitors car … apparently even a guest in a guest parking spot needs to have a parking permit … good luck visiting friends and family at this horribly unfriendly complexProperty Manager Responded
July 8, 2021We are sorry for your parking experience here at Camino Real. We strive to offer enough parking for all residents and guests. There are signs on the entry gates and guest parking all labeled for the convenience of all guests and residents. We also are sure to reiterate to all residents at move in that permits are required when parking inside the gates as well as have it posted on the entry gates. For the future if you need any guest passes they are completely free and available in the office! Come on by and we will issue you an overnight pass as needed!

Regret moving to Camino Real !!
October 9, 2019Hello everyone PLEASE read the comments ! Please don’t make the same mistake I made of moving here! At first I was very happy to have found what I thought was a happy , friendly , and family community with caring and understanding leasing team but looks are deceiving !! Let me start with day two where I get a phone call from management to complain about noise ( me moving in the day before ) , days later more phone class and emails to complain about “everything and anything “ at this point all ...the harassment from them is causing me anxiety and stress which had made my living experience here at Camino Real a hostile living environment!!! To add to my stress , last month I was going to celebrate my sons birthday at the pool ( as many other residents do ) and the assistant manager calls me on the morning of my party to tell me that I can’t host a party in the pool area( wait every has been doing so why can’t I ?) btw she is rude and extremely unprofessional! Moving on with this nightmare at Camino Real , today I am being charger for a crisper drawer that was broken since day one and again assistant manager rudely tells me that regardless whom I talk to or email ( I told her I was going to email corporate) I was still going to pay for the crisper drawer when I move out ( again in a very unprofessional and rude way). In conclusion DONT make the same mistake I did on June 1, 2019 to sign a lease here you will regret it !! YES cars do get towed away from what I heard from many residents!Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2015I moved here at the beginning of May this year. I was drawn to Camino Real mainly for its pet friendly policy. This was the only complex that allowed large breed dogs without a weight limit. There are so many grassy areas here to walk your dog and many pet stations with pet bags including a fenced dog park. I would like to see less trash on the ground and to have outdoor lighting fixed. Some areas within the complex are very dark because light bulbs need replacing or fixed. I love the layout of ...the apartment I am renting and the complex amenities.Property Manager Responded

Not as good as it used to be
August 19, 2015My apartment is just fine but the complex has gotten pretty bad. Many of the rules that are stated in the lease agreement don't seem to apply to everyone. Now they've got new owners and there's no telling what's gonna happen next. My lease will be up soon and I need to pursue my optionsReview from Apartments.com
