This is the best place to live for Western Students

The location is so close to campus, and there's an even closer bus stop to get to the campuses. The amenities are great, free coffee, computers and printers, a nice study lounge, even better gym and awesome pool. The actual apartments are super nice, and I can see how they stay that way as maintenance responds to all my work orders the same day or the very next day, no matter what the problem. The office staff is some of the friendliest around, and they are always hosting events for us residents ...

like grilling out by the pool or free concert tickets. I've lived in multiple apartment complexes in Kalamazoo and through out the country, and Campus Courts is the nicest place I have lived and worth every penny.

Campus Court is a really nice place to live and it's so close to campus. The rooms are spacious and clean. We've had no problems living here. Any maintenance request has been handled right away. The kitchen is really awesome, nice appliances, lots of storage for everyone. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating. We did the roommate match and it was perfect. Clean and expansive pool, awesome workout center and plenty of events and free food for the complex, hosted by Campus Court ...

staff. (Even free coffee inside the office!) This is a safe area because of Campus Court security that does a great job. There is space to park for non-tenants close by. I would highly recommend Campus Court.

I've lived here at Campus Court for 2 years now, and I must say, this place is not like what everyone is making it seem. Whenever I put a maintenance request in, someone usually comes out the same day, or at the latest, the next day. The staff is pretty accommodating and always give away free tickets to concerts, put on events for the residents and make sure you're taken care of. It can be a bit of a party spot, but because it's so close to campus and everyone loves being walking distance from ...

all three bars down the street, this apartment complex is in the prime spot for festivities. The pool gets pretty crowded at times due to residents letting their friends in through the gate, and those people tend to be very careless--hence the pool being closed so frequently for glass. I love the free coffee in the morning and the new gym! Parking can be a pain at times, but most of it is from people parking here who do not live here. Other than that, I love Campus Court.

They will over charge you on everything. It is so loud here, none of the people who work in the leasing office know anything and they do a terrible job trying to help out. People steal your chairs off your front porch. The pool is NEVER open and when it is if you go swimming in it you will get pink eye and maybe die of AIDS. Also the washer and dryer are terrible, it is guaranteed something or everything will be broke in your apartment, and maintenance steals your things. BYE FELICIA.

I loved living here! Management is helpful and on top of everything. Waffle Wednesdays in the club house every Wednesday along with other fun activities.
