Low Income Apartment
August 10, 2015If you're looking for a low cost solution this could be it. It is located just of campus from UM- Flint and centrally located to Flint's growing college town. That being said, you also get what you pay for. Our neighbors were quiet enough but the building is old and you can tell. Very much needs renovation and the heating, while free, is terrible. We ended up using our oven to heat the apartment when it got really cold in the winter. The landlord is kind and willing to be helpful it is the ...building itself that is the problem.Property Manager Responded
December 31, 2021This is very old review. Building is under current management since 2016, have been remodeled and no heating issues. It is not a low income housing building
