Convenient area, close to shopping places and food. Unlimited free parking. Easy 5 minute drive to campus and a bus stop is right in front the apartment. Spacious room. Study lounge and gym are very nice. Maintenance is quick and helpful. Only downside is that the stairwell and balcony area gets dirty and is cleaned maybe twice a year. Tenants and frats are loud sometimes but it’s not intolerable.

Its so green here! I love it, it’s peaceful! Publix and Aldis are right in front. Close to the trail and also the area is closely guarded by FSU police.

Staff is very helpful whenever we encounter an issue. The unit is very nice, all good working appliances. The neighborhood is GORGEOUS!! And very easy to contact staff with questions/comments. They do a great job of keeping stuff clean and new!

I have had an overall pleasant experience, I have had slight issues with maintanence but nothing major, loud upstairs neighbors and thin walls have also been an issue but not a constant problem either.

My apartment is great but expensive, there are no big issues with cleanliness and the living spaces are spacious. I will say that the amenities that were promised do not fit what has been given.
