Under new property management

Not What It Used To Be

This year Candara experienced new ownership and subsequently new onsite management/leasing, that is usually absent. Due to this, attention to tenants and the building has fallen off. Know that prior to the purchase, this complex was extremely well run and maintained. A quick rundown of problems - an elevator wasn't in service for months but to fix it they took parts from another elevator in the building, then putting that one out of service! The gate for the entrance on Cole has been ...
consistently broken, allowing homeless to enter and potentially allowing access to street level apartment patios. Add in stolen and lost packages, and follow that up with communication by management that infers it's the fault of residents if their packages go missing. The building is great from the street but there are many complexes in the area that are just as great from the outside that also have a present and reliable management team.

Broadstone Candara is lovely! First impression in the lobby is clean and design-forward - very welcoming. We rent a 1 bedroom + loft, it has GREAT natural light and spacious floor plan. Broadstone Candara is a great property. The building is nice, the location is great, and the staff are wonderful. Blanca, Sabrina, and Kareem are a great team and manage the property very well. I highly recommend this community.
