Slow-walked, Ripped-off and Gaslit
June 2, 2021What a lovely building. Its a shame my family and I will never get to love there, after the leasing office arbitrarily decided my wife and our five year-old are not desirable enough. They tried to slow-walk our application and look for reasons to deny it, when they finally had to accept it, they left us a voice message congratulating us. Five minutes later they attempted to increase the rent by over $700/mo. Now they claim that this was ALWAYS the price,. Well I have screenshots to the contrary, ...so no. Good location
September 25, 2015The location of this apartment complex is great...right down the street from The Daily Planet and Birds. 10 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd. It takes time for repair requests to be fulfilled, however, management is considerate. Upgrades are being done on some rooms, yet our rent was raised without any upgrades, which was unfortunate.Property Manager Responded
