Extremely bad floorplans & inefficient utilities

If you have a couch, you might as well consider Bringing it on through a casement window if possible, or not at all. Repairs are very slow to come by & updates are a foreign word. Extremely inefficient heating systems & a cooling system will cost upwards of $900 to install , not including monthly electricity costs. Extremely inefficient use of power in an all electric unit, which falls on the shoulders of the tenants.
