    Easy and simple process. The apartments are standard. Two different entrances are convenient when it’s congested at the gate and you don’t have patience. Multiple pools and dog parks are a plus !

    Frightened by recent crime plain daylight. No communication by management. Sense of security lost. Violence has reached our community and management has done nothing to reassure safety. Pretending like nothing happened. That's very unfortunate!

    My experience has been very very bad. First I didn't have a shower for a month, now it's been 3 weeks with no working AC and nothing has been done till this moment. Every management team members just keep lying. Extremely Extremely horrible experience

    Living at Canopy Glen has been a mostly positive experience. The apartment interiors are updated with nice finishes like granite countertops, wood-style floors, and energy-efficient appliances. The community is gated, which adds a sense of security, and the grounds are usually well-kept. I really enjoy the amenities—especially the pool and fitness center, which are convenient and clean. The staff, particularly Myra and Rosie, have been helpful and professional throughout my lease. That said, ...
    there are a few areas that could use improvement. Maintenance can sometimes be slow to respond, and there have been issues with the front gate not working or dumpsters overflowing. Pet waste in common areas is occasionally a problem too. Despite those things, the location is great, and the apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. Overall, I’d give Canopy Glen 4 stars—great value for the price with just a few things to work on. Would recommend with some reservations.
