My experience with Canterbury Woods was really good from the time I walked in the door. My leasing agent Ms. Aleize Gibson was very knowledgeable and attentive to all the things I was looking for in a apartment. The grounds of the apartments are always kept nice and clean. School zoned for some of the best Shelby County schools was also a plus!

This is very nice apartment community with an amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. You can’t be the price and convenient location works perfect for me and my family. I applied a few months ago , I paid the $79 deposit fee and was told I could get the 2bed 1 bath I didn’t quite make enough for 2bed2bath they told me I had to CANCEL my current lease to get the apartment. My next question was if I don’t get approved then what? I’ve canceled my lease for nothing the employee said you’re going to get approved. I canceled my lease and didn’t get approved so now in February I’m going to be possibly homeless.
They have Mice!!!!!!!!(Mice infested)

Do not move here what ever you do, they are liars, inconsistent, no accountability, and they make a lot of excuses. They are terrible and the office ladies have horrible attitudes.
