Helpful in everyway!
October 2, 2025My experience with Canterbury Woods was really good from the time I walked in the door. My leasing agent Ms. Aleize Gibson was very knowledgeable and attentive to all the things I was looking for in a apartment. The grounds of the apartments are always kept nice and clean. Excellent experience from start to finish

Liars
January 4, 2022I applied a few months ago , I paid the $79 deposit fee and was told I could get the 2bed 1 bath I didn’t quite make enough for 2bed2bath they told me I had to CANCEL my current lease to get the apartment. My next question was if I don’t get approved then what? I’ve canceled my lease for nothing the employee said you’re going to get approved. I canceled my lease and didn’t get approved so now in February I’m going to be possibly homeless.Review from Apartments.com
