I've stayed at this complex for almost a year now and I have had great experiences with the building staff! The structure itself has seen better days but everything inside the building has been renovated. Floor plans are really spacious, and pricing is somewhat reasonable comparing to other apartments with similar amenities in the area. If you are apartment hunting I will suggest reading more reviews before you sign because that's how I decided on this place, and I'm glad I did my research! ...
8.5/10 would recommend living here.

Canvas LA is a beautiful resort-style community right near downtown. While your right off the 110 you barely even hear the traffic because they sound proofed the walls so good. There's a pool that plays music underwater and a big hot tub (hard to find this large of a size in LA). The movie theater and two gyms and resident's two floor clubs are great for me to bring friends over for lunch (order LA CAFE so good and they deliver). I love showing off where I live. And the staff Bill, Edita and Mark ...
helped me so much with my move and are always helpful everyday with whatever you need. There's a lot of choices in LA, you should go Canvas LA. You won't be sorry, make your friends jealous of where you live in luxury :)

My move-in experience has been wonderful. The location, floor plans available, amenities, community, and organization of Canvas LA has all contributed to my move here. The leasing and management staff are friendly and the maintenance crew is prompt. I have thoroughly enjoyed my few weeks of living here so far, and have already recommended the complex as an option to some of my friends who are looking into new apartments in the future.

Canvas is the best community in LA DT! Pool, Gym, everything is cool. Sadly only that coronavirus force leasing team to do some restrictions. But obviously, this is a big problem of humanity and not Canvas team fault. Highly recommended! Additional Thanks to Bill for fast and high-quality service.
