I recently toured this apartment complex and was really impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was. The amenities looked great, and the layout of the units was thoughtful and modern. Canvas is a great option to live in Morgantown. It has really well kept amenities and great rent compared to a lot of other places I’ve seen here. Staff is also very responsive and helpful- Mackenzie in the office is very sweet and helped with all our questions.

I took a beautiful tour of a Canvas Townhouse with Mackenzie and she explained all of the amenities that will be perfect for my child who will be attending WVU. It’s very close to grocery stores and only a 10 minutes drive from campus!
