Amazing place to live

Great place to live!
March 7, 2025Canvas is a great option to live in Morgantown. It has really well kept amenities and great rent compared to a lot of other places I’ve seen here. Perfect for WVU students!
March 7, 2025I took a beautiful tour of a Canvas Townhouse with Mackenzie and she explained all of the amenities that will be perfect for my child who will be attending WVU. It’s very close to grocery stores and only a 10 minutes drive from campus!Property Manager Responded

December 20, 2024Canvas Townhomes in Morgantown is absolutely fantastic! From the spacious and modern layouts to the thoughtful amenities, everything about living here has exceeded my expectations. The townhomes are well-designed, providing plenty of space and privacy while still fostering a sense of community. I love that the units come fully furnished and utilities are included—it makes moving in and daily life so much easier. The location is perfect, with campus, shopping, and dining all close by. The ...amenities, like the fitness center and clubhouse, are always clean and well-maintained, and they add so much value to the experience of living here. What really sets Canvas Townhomes apart, though, is the staff. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
