July 1, 2024I only signed a year with Canyon Courts. It’s pretty quiet community. the units are roomy, clean and good amenities. I gave it 4 stars only bc parking can get scarce and the office is only open Tuesday/Thursday so getting ahold of them for anything can be difficult. Besides that, I would highly recommend staying here.Review from Apartments.com

October 10, 2018We have lived at Canyon Court for 7 months now, and we love it here! Lori and Glenn are amazing! Lori (property manager) lives on site, so she is always in the know of what is going on. She is quick to make sure everyone is comfortable! Glenn (maintenance) is awesome! Anytime we call with an issue maintenance is quick to come out and fix whatever it is with no hassle. We have not had any noise issues! Neighbors are friendly and the exterminator comes out monthly to ensure we all stay happy.
