I love my apartment! The location is perfect, the community is great, the apartments are large and open and the quality is above and beyond what I would expect in a rental. I have covered parking with no additional costs! From experience, that is a luxury.... Management is helpful and knowledgeable. Property is beautiful and maintained well. I can see why there are tenants who have moved out of town before only to return to Canyon Cove! That says a lot about a rental property.

These apartments are great! Good location, quiet area, great neighborhood, awesome manager. The negative: We were promised a covered parking spot close to our apartment given that we have 4 kids and the winters can be quite icy. We have had several injuries due to the walk to the car in the morning to go to school. We finally are offered the closer spot by the manager and the assistant manager threw a fit that SHE deserves it as a perk. The owner wound up giving the spot to her instead after we ...
had already been parking there for 3 days. If you want a great apartment in a great location, this is your place. If you want to be promised one thing only to have whiny lesser management be rewarded for being cry babies, then I would look elsewhere.
