We lived at Canyon Creek Apartments for 4 years and truly enjoyed our time there. The staff and management team were always friendly, professional, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. During our time there, we made many wonderful memories and always felt at home. The community was well maintained, and we appreciated the positive experience we had throughout our stay. The only reason we moved was because we were fortunate enough to find a house and begin a new chapter in our lives. ...

Otherwise, we would have happily continued calling Canyon Creek home. Thank you to Sandra and the entire Canyon Creek team for making our four years there such a positive experience. We will definitely miss Canyon Creek and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live. :)

I chose this apartment complex because I had to relocate, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The management team is attentive and resolves any issues quickly and professionally. The community offers many great amenities that make daily living comfortable and convenient. Plus, there are several nearby shops, restaurants, and essential services, making the location ideal and easily accessible.

I can honestly say I loved living here. I only moved out because I had to transfer jobs out of Bakersfield. Always clean, maintenance was always quick, and the leasing manager, Sandra, was great. I would rent again here if I had to move back to town.

Beautiful place and Maintenance guys are Amazing but the New Management sucks. My car has been broken into twice. This didn't happen until the New Management. Also I was never charged a late fee until new Management. New Management is never in the office, then complains if you pay rent late and says you can drop the rent off in the Dropbox. No thanks I would like a receipt.
