May 21, 2025I can honestly say I loved living here. I only moved out because I had to transfer jobs out of Bakersfield. Always clean, maintenance was always quick, and the leasing manager, Sandra, was great. I would rent again here if I had to move back to town.Review from Apartments.com

Good but New Management sucks
January 6, 2018Beautiful place and Maintenance guys are Amazing but the New Management sucks. My car has been broken into twice. This didn't happen until the New Management. Also I was never charged a late fee until new Management. New Management is never in the office, then complains if you pay rent late and says you can drop the rent off in the Dropbox.
