My apartment is great. I’m located in a quiet area , no press consents , no HVAC concerns , no issues with loud noisy neighbors. I enjoy the community and using the package lockers for security. Parking is available. I like canyon park.

The staff at Canyon Park has been a breath of fresh air! Renting after the pandemic has been a nightmare with bad landlords and unreasonable prices. They found me something I could afford quickly and referred me to a third party company that would help me obtain the lease. After a few days I was in my new place.

upon visiting Canyon Park, I was greeted with friendliness by the staff and cleanliness of the grounds and explanation of amenities as well as use of the resident portal, and the other apps provided to me along with services so far. it’s been a great living experience and the plants and the view is beautiful as well as very relaxing

This property utilizes fake reviews, raffles, and gift cards to incentivize 5 star reviews. This is completely unethical and I will be reporting this. If you choose to live there, be warned, the cockroaches and amount of cars that get stolen from the parking lot might change your mind. Other than that it takes months to get any maintenance.

i love my home. My neighbors are good and quiet. The office and maintenance are friendly and attentive. They listen and assist quickly. I love the new package lockers. The old management didn't care about us or our packages. But the new management spoke up for us.
