Worst Management
March 18, 2026Similar to others, I have mixed reviews about this place, but mostly negative. Yes, the apartment complex itself is in a nice area, but thats about it. If you have a car that you care about, do NOT move here. The Management here may be the MOST incompetent I have ever come across in 30+ years. There is ALWAYS something major happening on the property. If it isnt Tree trimming that last for 2+months (the worst) or them doing Roof repairs, then its something else. They will literally chop down a ...tree ON your car and not blink an eye. There isnt a day that passes where this property isnt crawling with Third Party workers workin on something. If you work at home or you want peace or you care about your property (car)...Do NOT MOVE HERE!!Property Manager Responded

October 11, 2025Canyon Resort Great Hills provides a safe, tranquil environment. We have been residents for over a year. It is nestled in a cove with beautiful views of nature and walking areas. Our apartment has modern features in every space: kitchen, flooring, closets and bathroom. The amenities include a coffee station, common indoor space with panoramic views, an outdoor porch area with rocking chairs, equipped gym and separate stretch/weigh space, and a relaxing pool areas with cabanas. The management ...and maintenance team responds immediately and promptly resolve issues. We plan to stay indefinitely and highly recommend this complex!Property Manager Responded

Best cozy spot in Austin

Olivia has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my time here, and Greg is an outstanding property manager who truly cares about the residents. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is responsive and professional. May 29, 2025I just visited Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments for a tour and when say the office staff starting with Greg to Jacob and Olivia was the most helpful and welcoming team out of the five tours I have taken this week at other Apartments. The location is great I was able to see a few deer around the office building it was just a great experience for me all the way around!!! I give this Ten Stars easy.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
April 28, 2025I have been living at Canyon Resort at Great Hills for almost 3 years. I love it here! Surrounded by woods, a quiet residential neighborhood and lots of deer. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Pool is refreshing and clean Maintenance is outstanding. Issues are addressed immediately. Olivia in the rental office is super helpful all of the time! She is Friendly, easygoing, and quick to get back to you if there is a question about anything. I highly recommend Canyon Resort. Close to ...all shopping and highways but nestled in a canyon!Property Manager Responded

A literal resort!!
November 18, 2024This place is amazing from the office staff to the spacious rooms and bathrooms and do not forget the deer!! My bathroom is my sanctuary with a nice big garden tub I can decompress from the hustle and bustle of the city.Property Manager Responded
