Best Apartment Searching Experience
May 29, 2025I just visited Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments for a tour and when say the office staff starting with Greg to Jacob and Olivia was the most helpful and welcoming team out of the five tours I have taken this week at other Apartments. The location is great I was able to see a few deer around the office building it was just a great experience for me all the way around!!! I give this Ten Stars easy.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
April 28, 2025I have been living at Canyon Resort at Great Hills for almost 3 years. I love it here! Surrounded by woods, a quiet residential neighborhood and lots of deer. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Pool is refreshing and clean Maintenance is outstanding. Issues are addressed immediately. Olivia in the rental office is super helpful all of the time! She is Friendly, easygoing, and quick to get back to you if there is a question about anything. I highly recommend Canyon Resort. Close to ...all shopping and highways but nestled in a canyon!Property Manager Responded

A literal resort!!

Great place to live!
September 10, 2024I have been living here for over 2 years now, and cannot recommend the Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments enough. The environment is nice and quiet, but close enough to everything you need. The property management team are truly there to serve the tenants. Peace and tranquility
September 6, 2024I have never lived in an apartment community that is as peaceful and quiet as Canyon Resort. A true oasis of peace within Austin city limits. Friendly & Comfortable Community
August 28, 2024This is a hidden Austin Oasis! And a win for me. I'm a nature person and a peoples person. The neighbors are kind and seem to enjoy the seclusion of it all. The deer are a plus. I haven't encountered any major pest issues, but I keep some type of pest repellant, after all, we're in the woods. This has been a game changer for me.Property Manager Responded
