If you're up for delicious Seafood, and plenty of affordable drink special, then Sam's Boat should be your location of choice. When it comes to seafood, few places do it better than Sam's Boat. Whether you want it plain and simple, such as plain old catfish basket, popcorn shrimp or boiled oysters, or something a bit more fancy, such as shrimp en brochette or chicken alfredo, Sam's has got your order. They also serve some fantastic cajun classics, such as gumbo, jambalaya and shrimp and crawfish etouffe, and a great selection of appetizers including buffalo wings, stuffed jalapenos and fried mushrooms. Not in the mood for seafood? Then try one of their menu of fresh salads, including those including oriental, fajita, ranch or crispy chicken, in addition their classic caesar and house salads. You could also try their USDA choice rib-eye or delectable grilled chicken. Want to take in a nice drink while you're there? Well, they've got you covered there too. With great drink specials all week, and a good selection of domestic beers that would go great with all the delicious seafood. Sam's also has a great selection of margaritas, frozen and on-the-rocks, including Blue, Cadillac and Platinum. There's something for just about every pallet when it comes to drinks here, though don't come in expecting a large selection of imports or specialties, as its all about local favorites and Mexican flavors here. If you're looking for a place with some of the best seafood in the Austin area, along with affordable drinks and plenty of atmosphere, then you can't go wrong with Sam's Boat.
