Best cozy spot in Austin

Olivia has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my time here, and Greg is an outstanding property manager who truly cares about the residents. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is responsive and professional. Best Apartment Searching Experience
May 29, 2025I just visited Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments for a tour and when say the office staff starting with Greg to Jacob and Olivia was the most helpful and welcoming team out of the five tours I have taken this week at other Apartments. Great place to live!
April 28, 2025I have been living at Canyon Resort at Great Hills for almost 3 years. I love it here! Surrounded by woods, a quiet residential neighborhood and lots of deer. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Pool is refreshing and clean Maintenance is outstanding. Issues are addressed immediately. Olivia in the rental office is super helpful all of the time! She is Friendly, easygoing, and quick to get back to you if there is a question about anything. I highly recommend Canyon Resort. Close to ...all shopping and highways but nestled in a canyon!Property Manager Responded

A literal resort!!
November 18, 2024This place is amazing from the office staff to the spacious rooms and bathrooms and do not forget the deer!! My bathroom is my sanctuary with a nice big garden tub I can decompress from the hustle and bustle of the city.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
September 10, 2024I have been living here for over 2 years now, and cannot recommend the Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments enough. The environment is nice and quiet, but close enough to everything you need. The property management team are truly there to serve the tenants. Whenever I reached out for assistance, they were quick to respond, and always pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff are also friendly and quick to address any maintenance requests. Peace and tranquility
September 6, 2024I have never lived in an apartment community that is as peaceful and quiet as Canyon Resort. A true oasis of peace within Austin city limits. Most mornings I am trying to identify the different types of birds that are sining as i sip my coffee on my patio. I highly recommend this beautiful community!Property Manager Responded
