The patios are delightful. The garages protect vehicles: from sun damage and theft. The management has been the most responsive to requests of any apartment complex where i have lived. I have been here for 5 years and thanks to great maintenance, I stayed as long as I did. However, in the last 2 years, with the new management of Alexa (and Mellisha,) everything has improved exponentially. Alexa has brought smiles (literally, a welcoming friendly smile and greeting when you walk in) and friendliness to the office; she has introduced little changes (but big to us), like email reminders as well as messages ...left on our doors. The grounds have been spruced up with plants and flowers where the last management claimed there was no budget for landscaping. But for us tenants, even a little effort goes a long way.
