April 19, 2024took a tour of this property last year. They really tried to "sale" this property to me. Took my application fee, holding deposit and everything. Took them a week to get back to me and I ended up not taking the apartment due to their lack of responsiveness and how rude and unacceptable they were with each interaction I had with them on the phone. I ended up contacting their cooperate office and getting all my money back thank god!!! What a horrible experience. After reading all the reviews of ...this complex on multiple sites, I am so glad I did not move in.Property Manager Responded

The bad reviews are true
January 1, 2023I am grateful to have a roof over my head but I must say this place isn’t worth it. Between the Noisy upstairs neighbors and the constant beeping from the water heater in the living room it’s a nightmare to get some shut eye here. I’ve had maintenance visit my home 10x and I’ve just moved in October 2022.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2018Have lived in these apartments for 7 months now and they still haven’t fixed the carpets that are peeling back that we complained about on day one. Neighbors are mean cars got broken into and they did nothing about it got mistreated by office staff. Overall would give it a 0 out of 5 if i could.Review from Apartments.com
worst place I’ve ever lived
June 2, 2018It looks nice on the outside but these apartments are extremely expensive with the cheapest appliances possible. There’s an issue with car theft and break ins. Canyon Terrace
July 22, 2015This complex is in a beautiful area where there are plenty of shade trees at the complex and in the surrounding area. It is the most popular place in town for dog walkers. Needless to say, the complex is pet friendly. The common areas are well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Response time for maintenance is great. The town itself is one of the best around with beautiful Folsom and Natoma Lakes, as well as the American River and its 33 mile bike trail (from Discovery Park to Beals ...Point).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
