All of the above compliments refer to Rusti personally as one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only is her work ethic superb she is also very caring of her tenants and does whatever is best for them. I speak from experience as a former manager of income producing properties both residential and commercial and a lessee of various apts. for the last 57 years.Yes....I am 77 years young.
Loved my apartment and would have never moved but I got to buy my own home.

The office staff are so super friendly, very caring and easy to talk to, along with the maintenance staff, they're awesome!! They always go above and beyond to help the residents. I would give this place six stars all around if i could. The pool is amazing. It's a great community and a great place to live!! This Christmas, a gift was left on every single apartment door by staff which was so nice of them and they arranged for Santa and his sleigh to visit the apartments each year.

into my new house that I just bought and it is incredible how helpful and understanding the staff was. My escrow got pushed back two times so I have to ask for an extension on my 30 Day notice. The manager Ms. Green called and asked the new move in if they would extend their move in date and both times somehow she got them to agree. She even helped me find a good, low priced cleaner, as with the move I was having trouble getting my apartment done. After move out, she even called me because I had forgotten my vacuum in the closet and let me come pick it up. I received all of my security deposit back along with a nice note for leaving the apartment ready to rent. Regarding the rent payments.... I paid mine on the 31 over the phone and had no problems and if I did not remember to call during the week I just dropped it in the drop box. They have a 24 hour drop box that you can pay your rent at any time day or night 24-7

I’ve lived in 8 different apartments, and this apartment has been my worst experience ever. Moving in, we were forced to pay the pet fee for BOTH of our service animal. I was almost fined for someone else not picking up their dog’s poop. Made me pay a late fee even though they weren’t able to take the payment for my rent on the 31st- the 3rd. I literally called 9 times just on the 31st.

First time apt. dwellers. Management is professional and made our move from another state easy. Katrina in the office always has a smile and is so helpful! The maintenance team of Cesar and Eduardo were very helpful and saw that all our maintenance needs were met promptly. They assured us that they will be here whenever needed. WHAT A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!! The pool area is well maintained. I would recommend Canyon Walk Apartments to anyone. We love it.

I’ve been living here at Canyon walk since September of 2016 at first we had this other manager and it wasn’t that great but ever since Rusty took over it’s been great she is a good manager and I hope she stays with us for a very long time the apartments are nice and pretty well kept and the maintenance guys are great too

Moved in here in October. Wish I could give ten stars. I love it here and staff is wonderful. It is clean and beautiful. The manager here is the best and really cares about us the renters. When I need something done staff gets to it right away.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago, and I love it here. The neighboring homes add visual appeal to this somewhat secluded area. The view of the mountains is beautiful! The management staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The maintenance man is friendly, too, and takes care of needs quickly. My apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom which is way less $$ than I would pay in the city I moved from. I would definitely recommend Canyon Walk!

A very nice place to live. Quiet and upscale type of neighborhood. The new management is great keeping the pool, gym and grounds nice and handling maintenance too. My apartment is big, pretty new and i like it a lot. Close, but just far enough for peace and quiet.
