Maintenance is fast, the staff communicates clearly, and nothing about their customer service feels forced...it’s genuine. You can tell they love what they do. After a horrible experience at a previous apartment, Capital Park completely made up for it. This has been my best living experience in Huntsville by far!!!

Samantha was so kind and friendly, the entire office went out of their way to help walk us through the new town and a new apartment over the phone.
