August 18, 2023We as residents do not receive proper resolve for issues we have as a community provided we pay a premium for rent. The pool needs to be cleaned really bad. There is brick and substrate coming apart. There is elliptical machine that does not work and has not work. The car wash drain remains clogged. Cars that are three month expired on temporary tags park directly in the front of the complex and do not allow elderly or single moms have parking spots closer. The breezeways are have trash drippings ...throughout the concrete. Their remedy was to put bleach on bad spots, but did not pressure wash. The pine straw in front of building seven has been washed out of months. We now get to look at dirt daily as we enter the complex. The gates to get into the complex for walking do not work. Therefore, we have to walk around the gate where there is trail now in the grass as so many have to walk around. There is zero community engagement by the front office. I would think that you guys should do a cook out or something to think your residents and improve community relations with residents. We get text in all CAPS that rent is due days before the first of the month; however, cannot get responses to emails sent. We use to get text that our packages are delivered. That has gone away. There are more options that this complex. Each chance I get to tell others about my experience I allow them to know my complaints and how I feel we are ignored. I personally feel the complex is poorly ran and it is only a matter of time before this complex will be passed over for complexes that are ran way in a more professional manner. I speak for the community and those I have spoken with at the pool who make the same comments as I do here-when my lease is up I will not return to Capital Place at Southwood. I am really disappointed in how my stay has played since being a resident.Property Manager Responded

Our team at Capital Place take pride in the property and ensure we stay on top of things that need to be done. There are polices and procedures we MUST follow when addressing situations and if something needs to be repaired we do work on the schedule of vendors.
