May 28, 2020I've been a resident here for almost 3 years. The management team is super nice and friendly. If there is an issue such as maintenance they make sure it's handled properly. Our maintenance team does an excellent job with any problem that needs fixing and they fix the problem swiftly. I love how quiet it is here. If you're looking for an apartment complex that has a friendly staff that will go over and beyond to meet your needs this will be that complex for you. The area is very nice clean and ...affordable. You're surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers as well. All your accommodation needs are 10-15 minutes away.Property Manager Responded

PARKING NIGHTMARE
August 9, 2018Be prepared to walk LONG distances to & from your apartment if you rent here, in the rain, in the cold & late at night. It's a mess. The property is aware as I have complained many times & so have other residents online. Yet they still place tickets on your cars if you try to park in safer parking areas late at night.Property Manager Responded

Great place
July 7, 2016My husband's job has us moving quite often, and we have loved living here. Our apartment has great sun light, and the office staff have been very honest and easy to work with. October 2, 2015it is very affordable for the cost of lioving and what and what not u not getting. u are getting everything. its more like a classic place for classic people. meaning that you need to be out there making money\, must have a job to be able stay here. Capitol Hill Apartments
August 14, 2015I moved in in March 2015. The management team was nice and helpful at that time. I love the apartment and the view. It's an apartment so the neighbors and get a little noisy at times. Since then the new office staff has been a little abrasive and the maintenance department is not as quick to resolve issues. The breezeways can get a little nasty at times. Now they really need to get on that. I work two jobs so I try to have as little to do with them as possible. Other than a few quirks here and ...there. I am ok with it.Property Manager Responded
