February 8, 2026Save your money. These people don't care about you nor your well being. They will charge you fees for every little thing they can. From pest control (in the dead of winter), to storm water removal, to gas, and everything in between. They don't care. It's sickening. PRM is the worst piece of trash management around. No accountable. I have a neighbor with 4 cars and nobody seems to care. People park anywhere and nothings ever done.Review from Apartments.com
Responsive maintenance team, close to everything
September 22, 2015Great layout and nicely decorated. Maintenance crew is very quick and responsive if there are any repairs needed. Very easy to hop on the Beltline or get downtown or to campus. Close to the bike trail and a community garden.Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful
August 17, 2015I moved into my apartment in June of this year and I absolutely love it. It is located in the back and it is very quiet! It's conveniently located near everything including the Alliant Energy Center. We are located just minutes from downtown. We have a three bedroom and it is very clean and spacious. Pets are welcome which is a good perk for the animal lovers. The only let down is the limited spaces to park. Sometimes I have to park all the way down by a separate apartment building.Review from Apartments.com
