A vacation including a room with a view, park-like setting, beautifully appointed clubhouse, pool, exercize room and doggie salon. Also featured is an outdoor "livingroom" with dining tables, conversation areas and fountain - plus a modern BBQ set up beneath a shade cabana. Nearby - just steps away - you'll love the local amenities including a beautiful walking path through open space ...and lovely neighborhoods, tennis courts, ball park, several restaurants, coffee shop, nail salon and grocery store. Just minutes away - is downtown Petaluma with its world famous restaurants, antique shops and seasonal entertainment including the "American Graffiti Car Show." March 8, 2025I have lived at Capri Creek Apt since 2022. Me and my family love it here, we loved it so much that we just renewed our lease for another year. The amenities are great, the neighbors are wonderful, and the new management team responds in a timely manner with requests or issues (though few) we may have. December 15, 2024Capri Creek is situated within walking distance of a lovely 4 to 5-mile walking trail along farm land and a neighborhood strip mall featuring a very nice Safeway; Starbucks; Acme Burger; Great Clips; nail salon; cleaners; and Mexican restaurant. The complex has a lovely "club house" - which works for company or large gatherings - featuring a large screen TV; pool table; and more. The complex also offers a nice swimming pool and hot tub; a dog cleaning facility and a fitness room. The gardens are ...beautiful and include a large courtyard with fountain and fire pit plus a large barbecue and dining tables. November 29, 2024Not happy with initial application process. Communication with site management was inconsistent as we had to contact a manager at another site to help finish the application process and still were not able to finish the application.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024Moving into my new place has been a breath of fresh air! The whole vibe is so chill and welcoming, I already feel right at home. Plus, the location is perfect - close to everything but still tucked away on a quiet street. It's modern, and totally me. October 3, 2024Great people and wonderful neighbors. The capri creek apartments is clean and very safe for families my wife and I have two kids and they love it here schools are very Close. Safeway, restaurant, pizza, acme burger, two baseball fields,two basketball courts, leg horn park playgrounds for kids and BBQ áreas and Starbucks coffee last but not least chunkies Taqueria all these entertainment and food Just a block away.
