The apartment is super cute with an updated kitchen and bathroom. It is close to the highway, university, and downtown area. The landlord is very friendly and easy to work with. He is very responsive and responds to any issues immediately. Love it here so far!

Management has changed since this previous review, and the service is phenomenal and compassionate. Any issues you have are addressed immediately and corners don't get cut. The location is great and the rates are fair and competitive. Perfect spot for students or anyone else trying to be in the heart of the DTSP action.
