Don't waste your money here
June 10, 2025It seems affordable, but you'll end up having to deal with a lot more crap than expected. Absolutely AWFUL communication from management, and no way to contact Novo Properties (the parent company) to get any other help so you're stuck dealing with the property manager who will avoid/ignore your calls! I've seen mice, roaches, bed bugs. Weird people lurking around the dumpsters and nosy neighbors. My main issue is with the property manager and her complete inability to schedule anything properly. ...I don't feel safe here and wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely horrible
