Since the new management has taken over, this place has gone downhill. I will be moving out next time my lease needs to be renewed.
- No security; originally signed a lease when there was 24/7 security
- Elevators are always down
- There was a time with the elevators were down and the building stairs were left unlocked and unlit for anyone to come into the building as they want
- Management is not professional and doesn't handle challenges as they arise
- Building is not cleaned every day ...
like it used to be - only the lobby is cleaned
- Management ignores residents' requests for improvements
- Homeless people have been found sleeping in our lobby and bathing in the pool
