Terrible Management
November 15, 2022If I could give it 0 stars, I would. New management took over October 2021. The most unorganized management team I’ve ever seen. They take forever to fix IMPORTANT ISSUES in the apartment to the point you have to threaten to call the city before they fix it. When I moved out, I still had some items. Went back to the apartment and they stole my mirror before I could even give them back my keys. I’ll come back once new and BETTER team takes over.Review from Apartments.com

March 16, 2022Management has no idea how to manage, they are extremely forgetful and dont care about you at all whatsoever. Couldnt even end my lease correctly when i moved out and they tried charging me another months rent after i moved out. Tried calling three times to fix it, and dont even know if its fixed or not. Do not rent here
January 30, 2022new owner took over end of 2021 and it has gone down the drain. understaffed, have not gotten anything fixed even when I've requested multiple times. Gate doesn't work. there have been vehicles being broken into. catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle and window broken 2 days later. neighbors are having the same problem. there was security, they did away with that. lots of weed smokers in the parking lot even during the day. do not come here. extremely poor staff

Not really the best place in town.
July 8, 2020I had removed my previous review as the Regional Manager and Complex Manager had contacted me, and it appeared things might actually get better. I was completely wrong. Ever since the new management company took over the property years ago, it has been steadily going downhill. Residents leaving trash outside their front door all the time. Residents using grills on their patios and balconies, just inches away from the building. They allow residents to cram as many people as they can into the ...units. Security is a joke. Cars going through the parking lot with loud music. Residents sitting in their cars playing loud music. There is absolutely no sense of community. Management just doesn't care. Had a meeting with the manager one day, and he wasn't paying attention. Right in the conversation, he gets up and goes into another room. July 7, 2018I recently move to Carmel creek, and I'm very please with management they make you feel very welcome and at home. Michelle is the best!!!
